Trip from giants to Costa Rica

The past day 14 of September, left the port of Barcelona a container loaded with nine bigheaded giants and five course to Costa Rica.

These figures you belong to four of the groups associated to our Organization the International, and are those of the localities of the Llacuna, Poboleda, Riudoms and Vallgorguina.

The destination is the University School of the city of Carthage, that every year organizes the "National Encounter of the Costa Rican Traditional Mascarada", which reunites an important representation of the giant presents in the country.

 Within weeks it will divide the expedition of components of the groups, and a representation of our Board of directors, to attend “Encuentro” and to travel to other localities with a traditional presence of giants, participating in an ample number of institutional and divulging activities.

This it is the third trip in six years that the Circle to American earth with the objective carries out to show the world of the giants and to establish bonds of relation with Organizations sisters.

The Board of directors publicly thanks for the support received for this trip on the part of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Caixa Laietana.
