ACTIVITIES OF THE YEAR 2007
20 of January: We published number 13 of our CIAG.doc magazine.
1 of March: We met in Zaragoza with representatives of the groupings of giants of Leon
(Nicaragua), Aragón and the Southern Regions of Catalunya to debate subjects of future of common
interest.
25 of March: The Boards of directors of the Circle and "Meridionals" they meet
in Colldejou to deal with subjects future collaboration.
12 of April: Published number 14 of the CIAG.doc magazine
28 of April: We inaugurated in Maspujols the exhibition of our photographic file which
remained open during 10 days
12 of May: We presented in Riudoms our exhibition of giants of the world, which remained open
until day 31 of this month.
14 of June: The Circle enters in the "Confederació d'Agrupacions of Catalan Traditional
Culture", of which already sixteen Federations comprise.
23 of June: From this date and to day 30 of the same month we within the framework presented
our exhibition in Híjar (Teruel) of the activities of "VIII Encuentro de Gigantes de Aragón" that
our companions of APOMAGA organize.
30 of July: We named to Mr. Alexander Moreno y Marrero like Delegate of the Circle in the
Canary Islands.
8 of August: We named to Mrs. Matilde Romagosa de Pruiss like Delegate of the Circle in
Germany.
11 of August: We named to Mrs. Claudia Monsalve like Delegate of the Circle in
Ecuador.
12 of August: We named Mr. Benjamin Liberoff eats Delegate of the Circle in
Uruguay.
16 of August: We published number 15 of the CIAG.doc magazine.
18 of August: We named Mr. Hilàrio Nòbrega da Cunha like Delegate of the Circle in
Brazil.
23 of August: We named to Mr. Julio González Montañés like Delegate of the Circle in
Galicia.
25 of August: It visits our Delegate to us in Brazil, Mr. Hilàrio Nòbrega with which we
planned performances of future in that country.
11 of September: It leaves towards Costa Rica the container with the material the Circle and
the groups giant puppets will travel to that country.
20 of September: We named to Mr. Ramon Sloppy Alvarez like Delegate of the Circle in the

the University School of Cartago, in Costa Rica.
25 of October: Ascent with the giant "Gaudí", of Riudoms, to the top of Irazú volcano (Costa
Rica).
25 of October: Inaugural act of the exhibition on the world of the giants, presented by the
Circle in the city of Cartago (Costa Rica).
26 of October: Participation in the Celebration of giants of the locality of Orosí (Costa
Rica).
26 of October: Conference on the presence of giants in the world, the University School of
Cartago (Costa Rica).
27 of October: Participation in the acts of the first Aid of Dance of Giants, carried out in
Cartago (Costa Rica).
28 of October: Participation in the conducted Celebration of the "mascaradas Costa Rican" in
Barva de Heredia (Costa Rica).
29 of October: Institutional Participation in the Civic Act of National Independence. Arrival
of the Act, in Cartago (Costa Rica).
