We do it of this form because we understand that protagonism must correspond to the Organization that proposes a figure.

Question: Who will receive first proposed seals.

Answer: After received by the Circle they will be sent in the first place to the Organization that has proposed the figure and asked for the same. The Circle will not present a seal before the date that will not consist on the foot of the leaf of 25 units (by defect it will be the first day of the month, nevertheless can be another date that you indicate to place in this section) will either send seals to the subscribers before this date.

Question: If we exhausted seals, we will be able to ask for more.
