To propose a seal with your figures

Characteristics of the series:

In each seal will consist of forced way the phrase "Gigantes y cabezudos" , written in letter of the type Arial Narrow of number 7 and, also with these same characteristics, reference “C.I.A.G. nº XX”, corresponding “XX” to the number of the seal within the series.

In addition one will mention the name of the figure and its locality (using in font Arial Narrow of number 6), as well as any other brief text that the assigner of the image considers opportune, as long as it appears of suitable form.

Each assigner will be able to choose between showing to a single figure or several, reserving, it wishes if it, some figure for another seal. The assigner of the image will be able to propose a scale model of the seal on the basis of the group that is enclosed in the file pdf that can be unloaded the foot of this writing

It will be obligatory that the assigner of the image signs an authorization of reproduction and in which declares to be the proprietor (or representing authorized) of its rights (you can unload the model, in format pdf, who is on the foot of this writing) and yields that them to the Circle for the collection. The responsibility by an inaccuracy in this manifestation will fall exclusively on the assigner

Important:

In some of the scale models presented previously to the Service of Post office you have taken place rejections due to the strict norm on the reproduction of people in seals (they only can appear the members of the Real House) since some of the images has been confused with an alive person. It can motivate that some proposal can initially be rejected on the part of Post office (we hope that it does not happen) and to the image or the angle of the same is due to change.

Presentation of each seal:

The communication of the edition of each seal will take place in the first week of the month and, if already it has predicted, also the following will announce. This announcement will take place within the CIAG.doc bulletin express, or another means.

In this section a card for each published seal will exist, with an explanation that the person will write up (or group, or City council .....) that bristle the image. This information is not limited in its extension and could be written in four different languages (Castilian, Catalan, French and English), but in any case (except the Catalan that are obligatory, that it we can do) the translation will have to make it the Organization assigner. It will be essential that this presentation is given at the same time as the authorization of reproduction and the image to insert.

By mail or email

1. To fill up, to sign and to send the reproduction authorization. (The Circle reserves the possibility of resisting the veracity of the data and the representativeness of the signer).

2. To enclose a copy of the national identity document (or certificate of identification, or another name that is used according to the country) in its two faces, of the signer.

3. To fill up, to sign and to send the proposal of scale model of the seal, with all data.

4. To enclose the photography of the figure or you appear to reproduce.

5. To send the information that you wish appears in the seal (Castilian, Catalan, French and English).

6. To communicate whichever seals or leaves to us of 25 seals you wish.

7. When it lacks just a short time to appear the seal (about 45 days before) you will have to carry out the entrance corresponding to the amount of seals according to the asked for amount.
